Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: April 28, 2023

Our Returns Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time without any prior notice. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Return & Refund Policy to which you are bound.

All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. Please do not accept the package if it is damaged and tampered in any way.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping(which you paid while placing an order for the item) will be deducted from your refund.

Coupons once used can not be used again, even if you plan to return the product. 

We do not offer exchange of any item.

How long does our Return Policy last?

Our return policy lasts 5 days. It starts on the day you get your item delivered to you. If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

How to know whether you are eligible for a return or not?

Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it when trying it /inspecting it eg. please ensure that any seals, tags, item labels stay intact. Check the following points to see if you are eligible for a return.

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the seal of the item is broken it will be non-returnable.
  2. Some items might not be eligible for return at all. For such items, a disclaimer will be written under the item description on the item page itself. Please look carefully before making a purchase.
  3. If you have received a wrong item, meaning that the item which you have ordered is different from the one which you have received. This is very rare, we apologize if you have received the wrong item by mistake. You would be eligible for return if this indeed is the case. We will verify the details of the item linked with your order#, with the item which has been delivered to rectify it. You need to contact us on returns@vedavitals.com with the details of the wrong item and your actual order. Whenever you contact us with the return for any order make sure the subject of the email follows this format, RETURN ORDER# <Your order number>. This helps us in identifying and escalating your request.  
  4. If the delivery package is opened/broken/teared/not-in-a-good-condition or seems tampered in any way at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Such packages could have damaged the item inside as well. You will not be eligible for a return, if you accept such a package and later want to return the item inside.
  5. If the delivery package is fine but the item inside is broken/damaged, this is very rare as we are dealing with all the items  very carefully and make sure they are packed before shipping, but we will help you to rectify this issue. You need to contact us on returns@vedavitals.com and tell us exactly what the problem is (via photo and video evidence) and we will guide you what to do next. Whenever you contact us with the return for any order make sure the subject of the email follows this format, RETURN ORDER# <Your order number>. This helps us in identifying and escalating your request. 
  6. If the item is not delivered within 21 days from the day it was ordered, you are eligible for a return. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. The usual delivery time varies from location to location but if there is any delay we might need some time to rectify it and that’s why 21 days is the chosen time period for that. You may inquire for the delay by getting in touch with our support team via care@vedavitals.com. We will try to provide you with an update as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable) & Shipping the product back to Us

If you are eligible for a return, you will receive a “return authorisation number” from our support team. This number signifies that we have understood your problem and verified all the details for your return order and you are eligible for a return. Without this number you can not proceed further with the return. From here you have two options:

  1. You ship the item back to us: If you choose this you will also receive the address where you can send the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and making sure the package is secure and reaches the destination provided by us. We can not guarantee that we will receive the item which was shipped by you. You are therefore advised to buy shipping insurance if needed. These shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be a part of your refund. 
  2. We pickup the item: If you want us to pick the item for return, we will charge a shipping fee based on the location and the item or items in the pickup. Please note that these pickup charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

What we’ll do next

All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the eligible amount. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days after the item has been delivered back to us.
